module 1: The people involved in the website
The ultimate admin : This admin will be able to access all features in the content management system.
Admin : It is possible to have several normal admins, they will have limited rights compared to the “ultimate admin”. This can be used for artists who want to edit their text and other
Visitor : The people who visit the website and make use of the information or interact with the website.
module 2:You Tube
The you tube player will be visible in the header as shown in the design. This player will play the movie selected by the admin.
There will also be you tube video’s displayed in the look, listen and watch section and on each artists page.
The possibilities of the you tube still have to be researched more.
Backend: The you tube movies can be seen in the you tube overview; here all video will be displayed by name, link unique id, date and category. Each you tube movie can be changed by clicking on edit behind the movie or to delete it by clicking on delete behind a movie.
It is also possible to add a you tube movie by clicking on “add movie” on top of the overview. This will display a form where several things can be entered.
ü Unique id is entered automatically by auto increment
ü Name of the movie
ü You tube link (each movie has an own link on the you tube website)
ü The date of adding is added automatically
ü Category (General or an artist that is already in the database)
ü Description of the video
ü Maybe an example picture that will be automatically resized
ü Album (optional, if there is a related album)
The admin can also choose a favourite video, which is the one that will be displayed in the header. The favourite video can be chosen from a dropdown menu of all the videos in the database.
