i need a large 3d animated interactive website made similar to secondlife.com but in 3dmax and 3dstudio,asp.net,flash. project is a 5-6 mth job normally but this is needed in 3 mths max so it is a must that bidders have a large 3d team. budget is 5000 dollars max. normally this project would cost perhaps 7000-8000 dollars but 5000 dollars budget is our max limit so this is important to be known from the start.
also very very important is that project will be paid in full on full completion of the website. no monthly payments will be made! payment in full on completion and by paypal only.
perhaps a 100 dollar deposit can be paid for mutual understanding but this is max no more.
only established companies need apply with an online website and full contact details etc.
